KIDS & YOUTH ACTIVITIES

 

Youth Strike for Christ . . .

On Friday, February 5th, 12 teens and 3 adults from our church will be traveling to Des Moines for a spiritual growth retreat called Youth Strike for Christ.  This event is sponsored by the Iowa United Methodist Conference and is designed to help teens worship, pray, and learn together as they grow in their faith.  Your support of the Wild Game Feed this weekend will offer financial assistance to youth who are attending this event.  Thanks for supporting our youth program.

 

The pageant was titled "Good News!  Great Joy!"

 

ZONE

Our Christian based after school program begins after Labor Day.  Grades 1-3 meet every Tuesday from 3:30-5:00 p.m. beginning Sept. 8.  Grades 4-6 meet every Wednesday from 3:25-5:00 p.m. beginning September 9.  Bring a friend and come for snacks, games, crafts, skits and more.

 Confirmation Classes for eighth graders will be held on Wednesday afternoon on alternate weeks.  Pastor Jerry leads this group.
